  • Session 1: 1 Hour

    Once your access to the Sky Lounge is granted, you’ll connect with me in a 60-minute introductory call. The application and discovery call will already tell us if it is a good fit so expect this introductory session to be an invigorating brainstorming session where we’ll discuss your idea in more detail and set up the plan for our time together.

  • Session Two: Three Hours

    In this half-day session, we’ll start making plans! Get ready for lots of planning, reviewing locations, and developing the basics of your marketing strategy. Once we have a solid concept, you’ll gain access to the OMNoire Expert Panel, a team of experts in everything from marketing to legal., and the OMNoire Retreats Collective, a network of all our Certified OMNoire Retreat Leaders.

  • Session Three: The In-Between

    During this production phase, you’ll have a few weeks between the sessions to make calls and plans. You’ll receive dedicated support via email, attend group coaching calls, find your co-hosts and collaborators, navigate contracts and agreements, and visit prospective locations. The majority of Retreat Leaders spend 3-4 weeks finalizing the details of their retreat.

  • Session Four: Three Hours

    In this second half-day, we’ll review your final plans and solidify your itinerary. With the work done to refine your idea, build your target audience, and execute the planning, you’ll now have the opportunity to lean into the marketing of your retreat. We’ll work together to build your social, email, and other direct marketing tools to sell your retreat.

  • Session Five: One Hour

    After you’ve launched your retreat, we’ll reserve some time in the months between the big day to check-in and see how things are going and get additional support wherever you need it. You can expect continued support via email but this dedicated hour will help us review what’s working and what’s not working to make sure your packages sell out.

  • Session Six: One Hour

    Before you arrive at your destination, we’ll have one last session to check-in and make sure you have everything you need. Tap into the OMNoire Experts to get post-marketing advice or get support with the fine details like budgeting out tips for transportation and excursions. We want you to feel supported so trust that we’ll be available until the last attendee departs.
